If You Have a Juicer:


  1. Take one bunch of fresh, organic, or conventional celery and rinse it well.

  2. Remove the leaves, otherwise, the juice will be bitter.

  3. Run the sticks through a cold-press juicer.

  4. Strain it well, we don't need the fiber

  5. Pour into a glass and drink immediately on an empty stomach.


If You Have a Blender:


  1. You need a powerful blender for this to work since we are not adding any water.

  2. Rinse and chop a bunch of celery, and remember to remove the leaves.

  3. Blend the chopped celery

  4. Strain through a fine mesh strainer, cheesecloth, or nut milk bag.

  • Drink 16oz/32oz/500ml/1L of lemon-honey water first thing in the morning.

  • Wait 15-30 minutes and drink pure celery juice.

  • Wait 15-30 minutes before eating your breakfast.

  • Stick to pure celery juice—don’t mix in lemon, apple, or ginger (it will dilute the medicine and weaken its healing properties).

  • If you are starting out, don't rush into the recommended amount 16oz/500ml; start with a lower quantity, like a glass or even half of it.

  • Aim for 16 ounces /500 ml daily, and if you’ve been drinking it for a while now and feel ready, try increasing to 24-32 ounces/1L.

  • Make sure your breakfast is dairy-free, gluten-free, and egg-free for best results.
